MARKETING ASSISTANT

Requirements:

Candidate must possess good work ethics
Should be able to understand client's goals and objectives
Strong organizational and analytical skills

Look for new business opportunities / new product developments
Assist Account Managers in the pre/post selling activities of the sales group
Preparation and filing of business communication, proposals, and other pertinent documents
May develop marketing collateral such as banners, tarpaulins, posters, website designs, mock ups, and other printed graphic assets
Collaborates with the graphic artist and the rest of the marketing team in the design of the promotional materials and maintains contacts with the Key Accounts in order to supervise all promotional activities.
Validating and fulfilling request for information and marketing, tracking mails and requests
Assist in developing of bid documents, business presentations and contracts

Responsible for the execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence and ultimate take-away
Responsible for the management and monitoring of marketing initiatives and its execution
Writing meta data copy, H1 and headlines, as well as static text
Collaborate effectively with SEO and Content team
May execute website updates on Client's websites
Ensure timely completion of deliverables
